Whether you're a parent feeling overwhelmed, a young person trying to figure things out, or a family stuck in the same patterns - there are many ways we can work together. All of my work is rooted in understanding what's happening underneath the surface and finding practical ways forward that actually fit your life.
Parent/Caregiver Counselling
Parenting often brings up more than we expected - old wounds, reactions we didn't see coming, patterns we swore we'd never repeat. We love our kids fiercely AND keep getting activated by the same things. Parents are trying their best AND it doesn't always feel like enough.
In our work together, we'll figure out what's actually happening underneath the surface and find ways to respond that feel more like the parent you want to be. Not perfect, just more grounded and intentional.

Youth/Young Adult Counselling
Growing up is messy. Whether you're navigating relationships, family conflict, substance use, mental health questions, or just trying to figure out who you are - you don't have to do it alone. I work with teens and young adults to make sense of what's happening and implement skills that actually help in order to find your way forward.

Family Counselling
When everyone in the family is stuck in the same cycle - the same fights, the same misunderstandings, the same hurt - it can be hard to see a way forward. Family counselling helps everyone do a little digging and discovery to better understand what's driving the patterns- this creates the space for something different to happen. We work together to find different ways of communicating and connecting that actually feel better for everyone involved.

Circle of Security Parent Groups
Circle of Security Parenting (COS-P) is a relationship-based program that supports caregivers in strengthening their bond with their child(ren) by understanding and responding to their emotional needs. Based on decades of attachment research, the program uses videos and discussions in a group setting to help parents interpret their child's behaviour as communication and learn to provide the security needed for healthy development.
